Presentation and Report

Hi guys, everyone has been asking me about the report.....

The report should be something like your assignment 3's report...

It should have...

1) Introduction of Project

2) The Story:
The short summary of what the story is about. the genre etc...

3) The Character:
Describe the main character. Name, age, what he likes/dislikes.
Why is he/she/it designed like that?

If you don't have a main character, describe the main symbol used. (like for Hari, why the gasmask)

4) Description of Design

- Typography chosen. Why that typeface?

- Colours used. Why those colours? what's the significance?

-Layout and placement.
The placement of the different elements, type of balance used, why the character is placed there etc etc etc.....

- Other elements used like texture, etc......

5) Process

- How you come about to your final poster.

- Did you sketch first? Outline in Illustrator? Colour in photoshop etc....

- Difficulties faced and how you overcome it....

6) Sketches and Thumbnails

- MUST INCLUDE ALL YOUR SKETCHES AND THUMBNAILS
- This will be part of your grading....

BTW.....
Presentation on THURSDAY 9am at the AUDITORIUM.
Please have your softcopy in 72dpi of the poster in the Lecturer's comp in E202 by 9am.....
